Maybelline Color Show Polka Dots nail polish at Duane Reade on a whim the other day. Bored, I painted it on top of the blue I had already been wearing for an inadvertent robin's egg effect. After my first swipe, I knew I had a winner. Maybelline has several other colors with jelly bases, but "
Clearly Spotted" lets you use the polka dot glitter over any of your shades. Go get one of these polishes now--it's already my summer favorite!
