I've been excited about wovens of all kinds for a while now and I'm happy to see more and more options beyond wallhangings (albeit incredibly beautiful ones). Cold Picnic's minimalist Malpais tote is the perfect combination of modern and handmade, a favorite of mine. In the spirit of something kind of earthy, I can't recommend the BKR bottle enough.
